O trio the whiskyheads, que foi fundado por Rodrigo Cesar (V.+G), Érico Gonçalves (BX) e Marcelo Fernandes (BT) em Jacareí/SP no ano de 2007, conta hoje Alexandre Hisano na bateria e aposta numa mistura de Heavy Blues e Stoner Rock. As letras tem como referência filmes de terror e sci-fi e o som é influenciado por bandas como Black Sabbath , Sleep, Motörhead, Kiss, Iron Maiden e Soundgarden.
